Creating an account is completely optional, but it comes with some great perks! By joining the Eco Harvest community, you'll be among the first to hear about our newest products, special promotions, and exciting updates.

Plus, having an account makes managing your orders easier—keeping track of your purchases and order history is a breeze!

Payment & Orders

We make it easy to shop with us! We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (via Hitpay)
  • Debit cards (via Hitpay)

Your order will be confirmed as soon as we process your payment. Once the payment is successful, we'll send you an order confirmation email with all the details.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once it’s confirmed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. Be sure to double-check your order before confirming!

Unfortunately, after your payment has been processed, we're unable to add items to your order. We recommend reviewing your cart thoroughly before confirming your purchase to ensure everything is just right!

Delivery

We deliver country wide in Singapore.

Your purchase will be delivered within 2-4 working days from the order date. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please email us at info@ecoharvest.sg, and we will assist you in any way we can.

Our delivery hours are from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays. Kindly ensure that someone is available to receive the items at the time of delivery.

Your order will typically be processed within 1-2 working days. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email us at info@ecoharvest.sg, and we will be happy to assist you.

Enjoy free delivery on orders of $100 and above.

For orders below $100, a flat delivery fee of $10 applies.

Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order in person at our office in Tuas, at no additional cost.

Your delivery will be made within the next 2-4 working days.

If you're unable to receive your order (please notify us at least 1 day in advance), kindly contact us at info@ecoharvest.sg or +65-80883635 as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your delivery.

However, if you've missed your delivery and would like to arrange a redelivery, please reach out to us at info@ecoharvest.sg or +65-80883635. Please note that a redelivery fee of $10 will apply.

Return Policy

We’re sorry for any inconvenience! We highly recommend checking your order as soon as you receive your package. If you notice any discrepancies, please keep the items unopened in their original packaging and reach out to us immediately at info@ecoharvest.sg or call us at +6580883635. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective products within 3 days of delivery. We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon receipt. Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for products that have not been stored according to the instructions provided on the label or in the specifications.
