Delivery

We deliver across Singapore. Your order is usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days of the order date.
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Delivery hours: 10:30 am to 9:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturdays. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel.
The delivery charge is worked out at checkout from your order and your address. Orders of $120 and above get free delivery.
Prefer to collect? You can pick up your order from our office at 10 Buroh Street, #07-17, Singapore 627564, at no extra cost. Please message us first so we have it ready.
Delivery times are our best estimate, not a guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives.
If an item is damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
If you received something different from what you ordered, keep the items unopened in their original packaging and contact us straight away.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
Because these are food products, sales are final unless an item is damaged or defective on arrival. Natural differences in colour, texture and aroma in spices are normal and are not defects.
